Alysha Daniel moved to Telluride in 2011 after graduating from Colorado State University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a Minor in Spanish. Growing up in Fort Collins, Colorado, provided many opportunities to train as a figure skater, perform in ice shows in Denver, and later work in Public Relations at a then-up-and-coming company, Otterbox. However, the Mountains were calling, and when she first arrived in Telluride, she knew it was home. She found a community at the ice rink, learning to play hockey and coaching ice skating. She later started working for Telluride Unveiled, planning weddings and events. She also worked closing real estate transactions in San Miguel County for four plus years. She, her husband, Ryan, and son, Ryder, enjoy skiing, mountain biking, paddle boarding, and ice skating.
