Administrative Coordinator

Telluride Mountain School seeks an Administrative Coordinator to support the work of the Head of School and administrative team. 

The Administrative Coordinator directly supports the work of the Head of School and administrative team by managing scheduling and communications, preparing and organizing important strategic materials and plans, supporting board meetings and the preparation of board materials, and providing general support to the administrative team. The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate have exemplary communication and time management skills and flexibility. This is a new position to the school and may evolve as needs arise. This position must be able to interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of constituents including parents, board members, faculty, staff, and students. 

Salary starts at $50K a year with full benefits including ample paid time off and a relaxed summer schedule, health insurance benefits, and a retirement match. The position reports directly to the Head of School.

Lower School Assistant Teacher

Telluride Mountain School is accepting applications for an assistant teacher in the Montessori preschool and 1st/ 2nd grade classrooms. The assistant will work directly with the lead teachers to prepare activities and lessons for the day, and assist in establishing and maintaining a safe and supportive classroom for children. Experience is preferred and a high school diploma is necessary. Position is a minimum of 20 hours/week with the potential for more.
